The Bells of Steel Flat Utility Bench has everything you need in a basic bench: a good weight capacity (661 pounds), stable legs, and a thick pad. Sure, it’s not the flashiest weight bench but if you’re looking for something just to lie down on during your next dumbbell pressing session then this is a perfect choice.
The four-leg design is good for people who want to do step-ups or light resistance training, but we wouldn’t recommend it for heavier bench pressers because you can’t plant your feet firmly on the ground (for that, we recommend a bench with a tripod design).
We would’ve liked to see transport wheels, though the 34-pound weight should make this easy enough for most people to pick up and move when needed.
