Summary
The Bear Grips Padded lifting Straps are an excellent upgrade from market standard lifting straps. These include a silicone coating on one side of the strap for enhanced grip, which is especially helpful in commercial gyms where knurlings are often heavily worn down. There is also a 5-millimeter neoprene pad on the wrists to prevent those handcuff marks that we see with typical non-padded straps. Overall, these are a great option at a reasonable price with plenty of color options to match your style.
